Book Launch
BK Publishing and Supernova magazine has successfully launched This Book is Boring on the 15th of November 2025.
Exclusive Books in Mall of Africa graciously hosted the author, Benoit Knox, illustration, Bronwynn Webb, and the team for a not-so-boring book launch! The children, divided into two groups, went on a treasure hunt throughout the bookshop. On this treasure hunt, they discovered and explored new genres. At the end, they had to act out a story, and with the help of a short story, the children put together their own play.
The launch embodied the message of This Book is Boring, which is to encourage children to embrace their imagination and to discover the worlds hidden inside of books.
It was so successful, that we decided to host more events to show kids that books are indeed NOT BORING!
